Rhonny Chan is an adult educator, learning and development specialist, and mental wellness practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Singapore’s professional training landscape. Having helped thousands of professionals become nationally accredited trainers, Rhonny witnessed increasing stress and burnout during the pandemic, prompting him to deepen his practice into mental resilience and wellbeing. Formally trained in mental wellness, counselling, and therapeutic approaches, he integrates cognitive behavioural methods, coaching, and human-centred learning design to support individuals through growth and transition. Rhonny currently practices at The Hypnosis Clinic in Singapore and works with organisations to build psychologically safe, future-ready learning cultures. Known for translating complexity into clarity, he supports leaders and teams in regaining focus, building resilience, and enabling sustained behavioural change. He is also an honorary advisor for youth mental health initiatives.
